sure you continue to receive emails from us.

Folder" by clicking on the link in the lower left hand
corner of your mailbox.
- Click on the MarriageHealing.Org email that you
mistakenly reported as Spam in the Spam folder. (See the image below for
details.)
- Click on the "This is not Spam" button at the
bottom of the Spam folder.
Now that you've ensured that you have not
labeled our opt-in emails as spam, please complete the following
simple steps to make sure you receive all MarriageHealing.Org
emails.

MarriageHealing.Org's email addresses to your AOL Email
Address Book. Starting from your AOL Homepage, -

community@MarriageHealing.Org
To ensure that MarriageHealing.Org
communications are not filtered into your "junk/bulk"
folder, select the "Add/Save to Address Book" function
in your email software and follow the appropriate instructions.
Since all email clients are different, you'll need to contact
your email provider if you require further assistance.
Many email
providers have "spam" or "junk" functions
that will automatically delete or block emails that you report as
"spam" or "junk." Hitting these buttons may
prevent you from receiving further emails from
MarriageHealing.Org. For best results, avoid using these
functions with all MarriageHealing.Org communications.
If your email
looks distorted or if the links within the email do not work,
your email provider may automatically send emails to your inbox
with the images and links deliberately turned off. Many email
providers provide functions that allow you to see images and
links in your email; it's often just a matter of hitting a button
or two. Please contact your email provider for assistance on
allowing images and links to display in your email.
Please contact the
MarriageHealing.Org Customer Care
team if you have any further problems or questions.
| What is a
"White-List"?
Unsolicited advertising emails, commonly referred to as
"spam", have become a major problem in today's society.
In an effort to reduce excessive amounts of unwanted email, most
email services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are starting
to employ blocking or filtering systems. They're also relying on
"blacklists" to help separate wanted email from
unwanted spam. (Note:
Here at MarriageHealing.Org, we agree that spam is a major
concern, and you can rest assured that we follow a strict no-spam
policy. We only send our email newsletter and other
communications to those who "opt-in" for our services,
and we always provide convenient "opt-out" and cancel
links at the bottom of all of our emails.)
Although we only send emails to those who have
opted in to our services, it's important to note that the current
spam blocking systems are far from a perfect solution. The
problem is that they often block email that you've requested
(such as free newsletters from MarriageHealing.Org) because
it fits their definition of "spam."
These definitions can vary greatly depending upon
the email service or ISP you are using. For example, some
services block emails that are above a certain size or contain a
large number of characters. This has become a problem for some of
our subscribers. Why? Well, because most of our email newsletters
are very lengthy, some filtering programs may mistakenly block
our important communications. As a result, you might
unexpectedly find you're not getting your MarriageHealing.Org
email on a regular basis. The
good news is that there's something you can do to keep your
MarriageHealing.Org newsletters from falling victim to an
overzealous spam filter. You can fight the blacklists with a
"white-list." To ensure that your future email delivery
is not interrupted, we strongly urge you to add our email address
to your white-list now. In order
to do so, you'll need to follow the instructions we've provided
above. Please note that every email system is different, so
you'll need to choose the appropriate email system from the list
we've provided. If your email service isn't listed here, then
please contact your ISP's customer service representatives for
further instructions. |
